Our 5 star Black Room has garden views on three sides, 3 windows and two double doors into the garden. It is furnished with inter alia a king sized four poster bed, a cozy armchair, and a writing desk and decorated in black and white with zebra skins and antique chests.The Black Room has a big and airy bathroom with two basins, a large shower and a bathtub, toilet, and a large window facing the Cottage garden.
Our spacious 5 star Blue Room is furnished with inter alia a king-sized four-poster bed, two cozy armchairs and a small desk for writing. It is decorated with Ming-style vases and antique chests. It has double doors leading into the Cottage garden and a view of the Cottage garden and the Cottage pool. The Blue Room has a big and airy bathroom with two wash basins, a large shower, toilet and a bathtub. The large windows are facing the Cottage garden.
The Garden Cottage situated in the former stable block is a 4 star suite with a large lounge cum kitchen an extra toilet, two double doors and 2 big and 2 small windows overlooking the Cottage garden downstairs and a cozy loft bedroom overlooking the gardens and mountains with a king-sized bed and two arm-chairs plus a small bathroom with only one wash basin and a shower and toilet upstairs. The downstairs area is decorated in a sea-side style in blue and white, the upstairs area in cottage style in red and white. It is our largest guest unit with a total of about 80 square meters and very popular with couple on honeymoon.
Our small and cozy Purple Room is furnished with a four poster bed with two windows facing the front lawn and driveway and double doors leading the patio between the Garden Cottage and Purple Room (which will be a private patio when booking both, the Purple Room and the Garden Cottage). It has a big and airy bathroom with two wash basins, a large shower, toilet and a bathtub, and a large window facing the patio between the Garden Cottage and the Manor House.
Our Garden Cottage Suite encompasses the cosy 5 star Purple Room and the 4-star Garden Cottage, but both rooms can also be booked separately. The cottage itself features a living and dining area decorated in sea-side style with open fireplace on the ground floor as well as a bedroom with a king-sized bed and furnished in old-world style in the garret with a beautiful view over the gardens and the Franschhoek Mountains. Please note that the upstairs bathroom is small and does not have a bathtub, which is why the cottage got 4 stars only.
The second bedroom of this suite is our small 5-star Purple Bedroom overlooking garden towards the street and the driveway with a king-sized four-poster bed and a large bathroom overlooking the Garden Cottage patio. It is located in the adjoining Manor House and connected with the Garden Cottage via a private patio to ensure absolute privacy for our guests. Both the Garden Cottage and the Purple Room can be booked separately. In addition to the two bathrooms of the suite, the Garden Cottage Suite has an additional guest toilet next to the lounge. The kitchen's bar counter seats four.
The Master Bedroom is recently being renovated and from November 2011 on ready for our guests. As a pearl within our 5star Guestrooms, The large Master Bedroom will have a stunning garden view on two sides with two double doors onto the main terrace. It will be furnished with inter alia a king sized four poster bed, a cozy armchair, open fire place, a writing desk, an open fire place and a kitchenette.
The Master Bedroom has a big and airy bathroom with two basins, a large shower and a bathtub, toilet, and a window facing the side garden.
